1. INTRODUCTION
In addition to longer academic programmes, Pegasus International College also offers SHORT courses based on the Vietnam Tourism Occupational Skills Standards (VTOS) and Australian National Programmes.
The VTOS Restaurant service course will provide students with skills and knowledge in performing professional and accurate processes of serving customers in restaurants such as preparing restaurants, serving food and drink at the table, etc, to meet the demand and expectations of customers following the international trends.
