1. INTRODUCTION

Two programs offered by Pegasus at the Pre-intermediate level are Hotel Operations, and Cookery and Patisserie. These courses take from 6 months to 8 months with practical work being 70% of the study program. These hands-on training programs enhance the skills of students so that they can be job-ready in a professional working environment.

The Certificate in Cookery and Patisserie is designed for students who are seeking employment in the commercial cookery sector. This course will provide students with necessary knowledge and skills to be a chef in restaurants and hotels. Internship
  • Compulsory internship for 2 months at a star-rated hotel, resort or tourism enterprise. Internships may be paid for but not guaranteed. The school will arrange the most suitable units of practice according to the students’ learning outcomes, skills and interests
Scholarship
  • Scholarships are available to suitable candidates. Prospective students seeking scholarships must apply for a separate scholarship to be considered. The scholarship level is determined based on academic performance and potential of each candidate. All candidates will participate in the interview
Qualification
  • MOLISA approved Certificate in Cookery and Patisserie, issued by Pegasus International College having nation-wide accepted
