1. INTRODUCTION
In addition to longer academic programmes, Pegasus International College also offers SHORT courses based on the Vietnam Tourism Occupational Skills Standards (VTOS) and Australian National Programmes.
The VTOS bar service course will provide students skills and knowledge in performing professional and accurate processes of serving customers in bars (preparing a bar, serving drinks at the bar, preparing alcoholic drinks and non–alcoholic drinks, etc) and to meet the demand and expectations of customers following international trends.
