Ms Karen Goodwin Roberts is the Head of the Hospitality Program for the Australian Qualifications at Pegasus International College. She has been with Pegasus since 2016. Before coming to Pegasus, Ms. Karen was a famous chef in Australia with over 30 years of experience and head of culinary training at Drysdale TAFE. Ms. Karen was the owner of a restaurant, which was considered as one of the three best restaurants in Hobart by Lonely Planet magazine. Her cafe and restaurant also won the best restaurant award by the Tasmanian Hotel-Restaurant Association in 2013. She is the author of two best-selling cookbooks in Australia.
At Pegasus, Ms. Karen coordinates the hospitality and cookery certificate courses as well as the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management. She specializes in teaching culinary and cooking programs. She also participates in the development of culinary and restaurant-related courses at Pegasus.
