Mr Ly Tan Hung
Lecturer - Hospitality And Culinary Arts Lecturer
With over 20 years of experience in the culinary field, Mr. Lý Tấn Hùng is currently a lecturer in Cookery and Patisserie at Pegasus International College – Danang Campus.
He has completed numerous in-depth culinary training programmes organized by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, including cross-departmental professional development courses and international training collaborations. Notably, he spent nearly 15 years working at Furama Resort Danang – one of the leading 5-star hotels in the city.
In addition to his culinary expertise, Mr. Hùng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, providing him with a solid foundation in management. This unique combination of hands-on experience and management knowledge enables him to effectively deliver advanced culinary skills in both Western and Asian cuisines while offering comprehensive career guidance for his students.
