On 15 May 2023, Pegasus International College, in collaboration with the Hanoi Professional Chef Association, successfully organized the Cooking Class program with the theme “Creativity with Seafish”.

During the event, Nguyen Manh Hien, the Head Chef of Jackson Steak House, showcased impressive techniques and exchanged skills with other chefs in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Moreover, the event served as an inspirational space for professional chefs to test new ingredients and create new recipes.

Thanks to this event, Pegasus students had the opportunity to talk with chefs and restaurant owners, thereby gaining more knowledge and practical experience that would be helpful for future employment.
