Graduated Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of English. Thoroughly trained through specialized, cross-training, orientation training courses, international training courses of Universities and Vietnam National Administration of Tourism with 8 years of experience in the field of training.
Nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry in the different positions and departments at Furama Resort Danang, Swiss-Belhotel Golden Sand Resort, Sandy Beach Resort and BRG Danang Golf Resort, where he was able to develop his competencies:
- Have a positive attitude towards the industry;
- Maintain control and composure in difficult situations;
- Smile and show a friendly and pleasant attitude, making a good impression in communication with guests;
- Show creativity, willingness to try new ways of doing things;
- Plan and organize accommodation, meals and other guest services;
- Manage department budget;
- Recruit, train and supervise staff;
