Ms. Lai Thi Ha Giang is currently an English lecturer at Pegasus International College. She holds various qualifications and certifications in education, including a Certificate in Teaching Vietnamese to Foreigners from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi; TESOL Certificate and TESOL Diploma from Australasian Training Academy; and a Medical Interpretation Certificate from Hanoi Medical University.

With extensive experience teaching English across multiple levels—Starter, Movers, Flyers—and working with a wide range of learners from kindergarten, primary, secondary, and high school students to college students and working professionals, along with her expertise in training and preparing students for international certifications such as IELTS, PTE, and TOEIC, Ms. Giang supports learners in developing their language proficiency and building the confidence needed to thrive in international academic and professional environments.
