Mr Do Thanh Xuan
Lecturer at the Faculty of Hospitality and Culinary Arts – Hanoi Campus
Mr Do Thanh Xuan joined Pegasus Hanoi in 2015. He has learned many training courses about Asian and Western cuisine in Viet Nam, Thailand, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. He graduated business administration (BBA) program from Vietnam national economics university 2015.
He has worked as a chef, a culinary lecturer and a manager for several tourism vocational training schools, colleges, restaurants and hotels in Hanoi.
He has some achievements in Vietnam. The 2nd place western cuisine at the Viethotel’s culinary competition 2009. The 1st place Vietnam Northern qualifier round at the golden spoon contest 2014 for professional chef.
At Pegasus he is a culinary lecturer for all cookery courses.
