[HOTEL VISIT] CERTIFICATE IN COOKERY AND PATISSERIE COURSE 17 VISIT THE GRAND MERCURE HOTEL

In August, students from the 17th class of the Certificate in Cookery and Patisserie at Pegasus International College visited the Grand Mercure Hotel. This tour provided valuable hands-on experience, enhancing their understanding of operations in a high-end hotel, particularly in the culinary department, from ingredient preparation to food processing and professional service. In this tour, Students had the opportunity to meet and converse with the Executive Chef Nguyen Minh Nguyen, who emphasized the strict standards for operating the kitchen at the international hotels. The tour not only enhanced their professional knowledge but also inspired and motivated them to develop their skills for future careers. Additionally, the Grand Mercure Hotel values the students’ inquisitive spirit and looks forward to welcoming more Pegasus students in the future.
