On 27 June 2023, students of Commercial Cookery (Australian Qualification) visited Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake Hotel. This visit is a regular activity organized by Pegasus International College to bridge the gap between theory and practice, providing students with experiential knowledge and preparation for their future careers.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to observe daily kitchen operations of 5-star resort. Additionally, they were introduced to other departments such as front office, bar, restaurant area, and hotel rooms.
