CORPORATE TRAINING – “PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT SERVICE” COURSE ACCORDING TO VTOS STANDARDS

In June, Pegasus International College successfully organized the “Professional Restaurant Service” training course according to VTOS standards for the staff and managers of the F&B departments of the May De Ville Hotel chain.

The participants in the training course were long-time employees of the F&B departments who were eager to learn and improve their professional skills. The training content was designed to closely match the needs of the learners, offering a comprehensive and practical perspective for experienced employees to address specific issues in food service operations and overall service quality management across May De Ville’s six hotels.

During the training sessions, experts from Pegasus, with extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, presented case studies that closely mirrored real-world scenarios, pinpointing common problems faced by hotel service staff. This enabled F&B managers to develop effective problem-solving processes for their departments. The “Professional Restaurant Service” training course, based on VTOS standards, received very positive feedback from participants: “The course was truly useful, allowing us to immediately apply what we have learned to our operations.”
