Dr Ngo Trung Ha

College’s Principal

Dr. Ngo Trung Ha has been a lecturer in the field of hospitality and tourism for the past 25 years. He is an official Assessor of the ASEAN Tourism Professional Standards, a Senior Training Expert of the Vietnam Tourism Occupational Standards (VTOS), a lecturer for the Swiss Sustainable Tourism Programme (SSTP) as well as for training programs under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). At Pegasus, in addition to managing general operational and educational training functionalities, Dr. Ngo Trung Ha also conducts training in international hotel management programmes, including those from Singapore and Vietnam. He is involved in developing cirriculum and implementing training programs for hospitality, community tourism, sustainable tourism, train-the-trainer and skills assessment according to the Vietnam Tourism Occupational Standards (VTOS) and ASEAN standards for employees, supervisors and management staff of business partners.

Ms Le Thi Luong

Ms. Le Thi Luong has over 20 years of experience in vocational education. She has extensive teaching and management experience in the commercial and service sectors. In addition, Ms. Luong is also a consultant on financial issues and human resource management for large companies …

Ms. Le Thi Luong, a Master’s degree holder, has been recognized by the Danang People’s Committee for her role as Principal of a vocational school for over 10 years. She has been honored by the city government for her contributions to the development of high-quality human resources in Danang and neighboring provinces.

In addition to her work in vocational education management, Ms. Luong has also been involved in the development of many practical training programs. She has consulted on training, recruitment, and business restructuring. Dedicated to education and training, Ms. Luong always emphasizes equipping students with practical knowledge and skills even while they are still in school. She and the school’s management team always aspire to train individuals with good moral qualities and high skills to become talented and outstanding employees and managers who contribute to the socio-economic development of the country

Mr Tran Duc Thang

Vice Principal

Mr. Tran Duc Thang graduated with a Master’s degree in Tourism from Vietnam National University. He holds the position of Vice Principal at Pegasus International College. Before working at Pegasus, Mr. Thang was a technical expert in tourism training for the ESRT project funded by the European Union for the Vietnamese tourism industry and an expert in the assessment of VTOS (Vietnam Tourism Occupational Standards) of the Tourism Certification Board (VTCB), under the General Department of Tourism. He is also an expert in training activities and the evaluation system of the tourism profession. Mr. Thang holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment according to the Australian Qualifications Framework and is officially recognized as an ASEAN Tourism Trainer, Lecturer, and VTOS System Trainer. Additionally, he has a certificate as a Responsible Tourism Trainer [ESRT project] and Sustainable Tourism [Swiss Sustainable Tourism Project – SSTP]. At Pegasus, he participates in the development, management, and implementation of training programs in hospitality, tourism, and culinary arts taught at the school and its business partners. Alongside his academic and professional duties, he is responsible for supporting Pegasus in developing relationships with clients and partners.
