Pegasus International College recently welcomed new students of courses such as the Advanced Diploma in Cooking Techniques and Certificate in Cookery and Patisserie programmes with a super-charged dynamic Orientation Week, themed “Unlock Your GOLDEN 5-STAR Career Pathway!”

Orientation Week was designed to ready students with the right mindset and professional attitude required of future master chefs in the world of F&B and Hospitality. Students were introduced to essential topics – growth mindset, professional appearance and the integration of technology and AI in learning. [Hanoi Campus]

A highlight of the week was a field trip to InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72, where students were able to observe professional hotel operations and gain a deeper understanding of a 5- star working environment—nurturing their motivation and determination to pursue excellence in their culinary careers. [Danang Campus] Students participated in team-building activities to connect with each other in their new exciting chapter at Pegasus. Additionally, they participated in fire safety drills to enhance knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response protocols applicable both within the college and workplace premises.
