Pegasus Training Programme: Updating Modern F&B Trends and International Standards
Pegasus Corporate Training Programmes are designed based on extensive experience in management and training within international hotel groups, ensuring strong alignment with real-world 5-Star operational environments.
In this collaboration, the training content focused on systemizing core knowledge, updating modern F&B trends, while sharing practical experience in operating F&B services in 5-Star hotels. The training programme was conducted by Pegasus very experienced Instructors with expertise in F&B Management and Professional Training at various international hotel management groups.
Training content included:
- Strengthening Menu Knowledge
- Standardizing Service Procedures for Different Service Types: Breakfast Buffet, Light Meals, Drinks Service, In-Villa Dining
- Introduction to LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) Standards
- Food Restriction Knowledge
Additionally, our Trainer conducted on-site assessments of each staff performance in different service situations. Based on these evaluations, core service skills were standardized. Additional competencies such as upselling and cross-selling were implemented, taking into consideration guests with special dietary requirements, meeting LQA standards, contributing to enhanced guest satisfaction and revenue optimization.

Backed by in-depth expertise in F&B operations within international hotel groups, our Trainer conducted lively interactive discussions which allowed staff to openly discuss real-life situations in 5-Star hotel F&B operations.
