Certificate in Hotel Operations
Two programmes offered by Pegasus at the Pre-intermediate level are Hotel Operations and Cuisine & Patisserie. These courses are from 6-8 months with practical work comprising 70% of the programme. The hands-on training programmes enhance the skillsets of students to enable them to be job-ready in a professional working environment.
The Certificate in Hotel Operations best suits students who are seeking job opportunities in small and medium hotels. This course provides students with the necessary skills in food and beverage services, housekeeping, front office and other areas of hotel operations

Scholarship | Scholarships are available for qualified candidates who meet the requirements. Potential students who are seeking a scholarship will need to complete the scholarship application form. The scholarship will be determined based on academic merit and strained financial circumstances. An interview will apply to all candidates. |
Qualification | MOLISA approved Certificate in Cuisine and Patisserie, issued by Pegasus International College, are accepted and recognised nation-wide |
