Introduction

1. INTRODUCTION

Two programmes offered by Pegasus at the Pre-intermediate level are Hotel Operations and Cuisine & Patisserie. These courses are from 6-8 months with practical work comprising 70% of the programme. The hands-on training programmes enhance the skillsets of students to enable them to be job-ready in a professional working environment.

The Certificate in Hotel Operations best suits students who are seeking job opportunities in small and medium hotels. This course provides students with the necessary skills in food and beverage services, housekeeping, front office and other areas of hotel operations

    InternshipCompulsory internship for 2 months at a star-rated hotel, resort or tourism enterprise. Internships may be paid but are not guaranteed. The College will arrange the most suitable units of practice according to the students’ learning outcomes, skills and interests.
    ScholarshipScholarships are available for qualified candidates who meet the requirements. Potential students who are seeking a scholarship will need to complete the scholarship application form. The scholarship will be determined based on academic merit and strained financial circumstances. An interview will apply to all candidates.
    QualificationMOLISA approved Certificate in Cuisine and Patisserie, issued by Pegasus International College, are accepted and recognised nation-wide
