On June 15, 2024, Pegasus International College successfully organized the Culinary Experience workshop, including baking, cooking, and mixology, for over 50 students from SIMPace English Center. The students expressed their excitement as they personally prepared and completed products that were not only delicious but also visually appealing.

In this workshop, the school offered interesting and creative hands-on activities such as making chocolate mud cakes, dark knight beef burgers, and mixing mocktails. After each class, students could take home their completed products along with recipes to practice at home. Pegasus International College is delighted to collaborate with SIMPace English Center to provide valuable kitchen experience activities. Additionally, the bilingual teaching program helps students enhance their vocabulary in the context of culinary arts and cooking.
