In June 2023, Pegasus successfully organized the first phase of the “Enhancing Supervisory Skill in Hotel Operations according to VTOS Standards” training course for middle-level managers of The Five Hospitality, a premium travel, resort, and entertainment brand under Thanh Cong Group.

During the training session, Pegasus trainers, who possess extensive knowledge and years of experience in the industry, provided case studies that reflected current challenges faced by most hotel managers.
