Housekeeping Service

1. INTRODUCTION

In addition to longer academic programmes, Pegasus International College also offers SHORT courses based on the Vietnam Tourism Occupational Skills Standards (VTOS) and Australian National Programmes.

At the end of this training program, learners will be able to provide housekeeping service to customers appropriately and professionally (prepare and clean room; service housekeeping requests, perform laundering functions, etc), the program will help learners satisfy customer requirements and expectations in global tourism integration context.
