Certificate In Cuisine And Patisserie
Two programmes offered by Pegasus at the Pre-intermediate level are Hotel Operations as well as Cuisine and Patisserie. These courses last from 6 – 9 months with practical work comprising 70% of the study programme.
The Certificate in Cuisine and Patisserie is designed for students who are seeking employment in the commercial cookery sector. This course will provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills required to be a Chef in restaurants and hotels. This hands-on training programme enhances the skillsets of students to enable them to be job-ready in a professional working environment.
