PEGASUS RISING STAR YOUNG CHEF COMPETITION 2026

For the first time at Pegasus Da Nang, we held our Rising Star Young Chef Competition 2026 for all competing students with the theme of “The Art of European Cuisine.” The competition attracted enthusiastic participation from students from the: Culinary Arts (preparing dishes to fine dining standards) and Hospitality (beverage pairing and practical guest service) programmes.

The event featured a distinguished panel of judges from leading five-star establishments, including the Founder of Placement International, the General Manager of Radisson Hotel Danang, the Executive Chef of FAENA Miami Beach – a Michelin Two Key property and the Executive Chef of East West Brewing Company. It was also supported by seven major sponsors (Bliss Hoi An Beach Resort & Wellness, Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River, East West Brewing Company, Four Points by Sheraton Danang, Radisson Hotel Danang, Placement International, and SunWorld Ba Na Hills), reaffirming the competition’s professional standards.
