Our Cooking Techniques and Hotel Operations Programme students had an amazing opportunity to visit Danang Marriott Resort & Spa, Non Nuoc Beach Villas to gain valuable insights into the inner workings of hotel and food & beverage operations in a major hotel chain such as The Marriott. This field trip gave future Hospitality and Culinary professionals the chance to:
✓ Observe Real-World Operations: From the elegant lobby to the luxurious private villas, students gained a clear understanding of how a 5-star resort functions in its day-to-day operations ensuring top notch service and quality standards.
✓ Gain valuable insights from experienced professionals: Students had their questions answered and listened to real-world information shared by Marriott’s staff across various departments.
