Ms Nguyen Thi Hong Thu

Operations and F&B Manager

At Pegasus, she is involved in the development, management, and implementation of hospitality and culinary arts training programs taught at the college. In addition to her academic duties, she is responsible for managing the canteen system at the Singapore International Schools in Hanoi and Ha Long.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Ms. Thu was the Food and Beverage Director at the Metropole Hotel and the Bao Son Hotel in Hanoi. She has over 20 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry. Ms. Thu holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment under the Australian Qualifications Framework and has been recognized by VTCB as a VTOS Trainer.

She spent 5 years as an exchange student in Russia. Upon returning to Vietnam, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in English to align with market trends. With her passion for her profession and her continuous learning, she has become an outstanding lecturer and has contributed to the development of the “Vietnamese Tourism Profession” for many generations of students at the school and staff of several hotels in Hanoi.
