VTOS Restaurant Service
Designed by Pegasus International College, the Restaurant Service according to VTOS Standards course, is tailored for all staff and restaurant managers/assistant managers. It aims to systematise knowledge, skills and customer service procedures in restaurants.
The VTOS Restaurant service course will provide students with skills and knowledge in performing professional and accurate processes of serving customers in restaurants such as preparing restaurants for service, serving food and drink at the table, etc, to meet the demand and expectations of customers in accordance with international standards.
The course objectives | • At the end of the course, Participants will be able to identify basic types of food and beverage service, recognize the greeting process, take an order and serve customers in a restaurant. • Participants will also develop effective communication skills for providing food and beverage service to customers; prepare the restaurant, tools, equipment and set up tables for various dining styles. • Participants will demonstrate a careful and honest work attitude and mindset; a quick and proactive approach to customer service as well as a respect for and full compliance with safety, hygiene and industry regulations. |
