VTOS Front Office Service
The Front Office Operations according to VTOS Standards, course, designed by Pegasus International College, is tailored for all front office staff and managers/assistant managers. The major objective of this course is to systematize and standardize the knowledge, skills and operational procedures of Front Office.
At the end of the VTOS Front Office programme, learners will be skilled to perform and provide front office services to customers professionally (taking and processing reservations, performing check-in and check-out functions, providing all round customer service at the front desk, etc). The programme will help learners satisfy customers’ needs and expectations in the global tourism industry.
The course objectives | • After the course, Participants will be able to provide front office service to customers appropriately and professionally (taking and processing reservations; performing check-in and check-out functions, performing during stay functions, etc). • Participants are capable of handling the complete guest check-in process, including arrival, assigning rooms, providing room orientations, as well as check-out • Participants have a polite and helpful attitude throughout the greeting, accommodation, and check-out processes. |

Target learners | • Individuals with a minimum of 3 months experience working as receptionists or front office staff in hotels, resorts or similar establishments (hereinafter collectively referred to as "hotels") • People who wish to improve and enhance their front office skills for supervision and management work. |
