CORPORATE TRAINING: LEADERSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FOR MIDDLE MANAGERS AT DAEWOO HOTEL

In July and August 2024, Pegasus International College conducted a successful “Train the Trainer” corporate training course for 15 managers, shift leaders, and department heads from Hanoi Daewoo Hotel, one of Hanoi’s first 5-star hotels. The course aimed to enhance training skills, equipping participants with effective tools and methods to improve organizational personnel training. 

The curriculum of the course “Train the Trainer” is designed to enhance and leverage training skills, including teaching methods, group management skills, techniques for building effective training programs, and strategies for motivating employees. Additionally, through this course, learners learned how to effectively convey knowledge and become familiar with tools to support and assess employee progress.

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Huong – Front Desk Manager – shared: “The course has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to improve the training process at the department, thereby improving work efficiency. This not only enhances the hotel’s service quality but also creates a positive and productive working environment.” 
In particular, at the closing ceremony for the trainees, Mr. Sunny Ghaiee – Executive Assistant Manager of Hanoi Daewoo Hotel, highlighted the significance of investing in personnel training. He expressed his satisfaction with the training quality at Pegasus International College and affirmed that enhancing staff skills is vital for the hotel’s development. 
The course ended successfully with positive feedback from learners and the Daewoo Hotel Management Board, affirming the reputation and training quality of Pegasus International College. The school is proud to be the leading unit in corporate training in the field of Hotel industry, helping to bring modern, practical training solutions to meet the needs of each business.
