The Talk show event “Enhance Service Quality and Design Customer Experience” is an event under a series of seminar activities in the hotel-restaurant industry, aiming to create a community with valuable knowledge organized by Pegasus International College. The talk show took place successfully with the participation of speakers and industry experts, including:

– Mr. Pham Thanh The – Training and Development Manager of Hotel de l’Opera – Mgallery; – With special guests: Mr. Nguyen Ba Luan

– General Director of TNH Hotels & Resorts (the company that invests and operates SOJO Hotels)

During the event, seasoned professionals with more than two decades of experience in the hotel industry imparted practical and valuable insights.
