  • Hotel Operations: This module covers Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, and Bartending. The programme equips staff with enhanced professional skills, scenario-handling capabilities, effective teamwork coordination, and the ability to maintain a consistently professional service attitude in all circumstances. 
  • Culinary Arts & Pastry: This module concentrates on food preparation processes and presentation techniques, while strengthening coordination between the Kitchen and Restaurant teams to optimise the overall dining experience for guests
