ADVANCED CULINARY SKILLS FOR MAY DE VILLE HOTEL GROUP – HANOI

On 22 May 2023, Pegasus commenced the Advanced Culinary Skills Training Program for the staff of May De Ville Hotel’s Kitchen department. Participants in this training program are experienced chefs and head cooks who aspire to learn and enhance their culinary skills.

The training content is tailored to meet specific needs of the participants and aligned with requirements of the business. This program serves not only as a skill enhancement course for May De Ville staff but also provides solutions for current obstacles in food services of the May De Ville Hotel Group system.
