SIT60316 ADVANCED DIPLOMA OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
SIT60316 The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management is a full-time 2-year course. There are three streams within the first year of this course: Hospitality, Commercial Cookery or Patisserie. The opening of a Commercial Cookery or Patisserie stream will be dependent on enrolments.
24 months including 3-month internship, semester breaks and public holidays

Completed year 12 with a GPA of 2.6/4.0 [65% average]
IELTS: ≥ 5.0 with not less than 4.5 in any one band, or
TOEFL: ≥ 87, or TOEIC: ≥ 785 [listening & reading], ≥310 [speaking & writing], or
CEFR: = B2
Evidence of English proficiency is required. All students are required to complete a Literacy and Numeracy Test.
Special conditions: Applicants not having the required English language skills, may be granted conditional enrolment subject to undertaking an English Pathway course at the College.

Students may exit at end of the first year, subject to the satisfactory completion of the relevant units and the Internship.

▪ SIT40716 Certificate IV in Patisserie
Top-up degree – the Bachelor of Hospitality Management [or equivalent] – can be undertaken with a Pegasus university partner or other international university. The duration of this further study may be from 12 months to 2 years, depending on the university and/or country.
