Swiss Boutique Hotel Management Programme

The Certificate in Swiss Boutique Hotel Management programme is directed at students seeking an entry-level programme, which addresses a range of operational skills within small to medium hotels. There are a total of 10 study units delivered over 20 weeks. The units are grouped so as to provide core practical skills and to provide an excellence in customer service.

Job roles

This qualification provides a pathway to work in small to medium size hotels of special character in either Front Office, Housekeeping, Reception or as Management Trainee.

Entry Requirements

Candidates must have completed year 10 high school or preferable have a year 12 high school certificate or equivalent.

English language proficiency is not essential, as Functional English is delivered throughout the course.
