Functional English Programs

A student-focused program with the objective of improving English proficiency of cooking and food preparation staff so that they can effectively interact with customers and colleagues. The course will place significant emphasis on listening and speaking skills. The approach to teaching is interactive and engaging, involving participants in role-play, simulations and other dynamic language learning activities. Activities will also focus on improving general communication skills and include pronunciation work.
