Ms. Karen Goodwin-Roberts
Karen Goodwin-Roberts is a hospitality professional with over thirty years’ experience.
For the past 2 years Karen has been employed by Pegasus International College, Da Nang, as Head Hospitality Lecturer (Cookery).
Prior to moving to Vietnam, Karen, with her husband Michael Roberts established a food and beverage business which over seven years grew from a start-up based in their small home kitchen to a critically acclaimed business with a turnover in excess of $1 million AUD a year.
Karen is a highly regarded chef and author, who for many years oversaw the training of chefs and young hospitality professionals at Drysdale Institute in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.
